Yes, you can absolutely book during the Llandudno Victorian Extravaganza! We love working during big events in Llandudno. Just be aware that the Promenade and town centre get busy with street entertainment and stalls. We only allow 30 minutes for setup so if road access is a little tricky, we recommend mentioning the Llandudno Victorian Extravaganza when you book and we can advise on whether to allow some extra setup time.

Not at all. Even during the busy summer months when parking near the seafront fills up quickly, all travel and parking costs are included in your booking. Our team will manage the parking logistics so you can focus on having a great time.

Yes, we cover all of Llandudno and the surrounding Conwy area. We also offer cocktail making classes in Chester and cocktail classes in Shrewsbury. In fact, we cover the whole of the UK! Whether your venue is in the heart of Llandudno or further out in Conwy, we will be there.

We do not need a lot of room. A dining table, breakfast bar or any flat surface is perfect. Our mixologists bring a complete portable bar setup including chopping boards, shakers and all the tools needed. We have set up in living rooms, gardens, hotel suites and even garages. If in doubt, just send us a photo of the space and we will let you know.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for Friday and Saturday evenings and during popular periods in Llandudno. That said, we are flexible and can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings. Get in touch and we will do our best to find a date and time that works for you.
