Yes, you can absolutely book during the Great North Run! We love working during big events in Newcastle. Just be aware that road closures affect access right across the city. We only allow 30 minutes for setup so if road access is a little tricky, we recommend mentioning the Great North Run when you book and we can advise on whether to allow some extra setup time.

We certainly can! We regularly run cocktail classes for students at Newcastle University and Northumbria University. Student halls, shared houses, rented flats and any other type of accommodation all work perfectly. As long as there is a table or flat surface for us to set up on, we will make it work.

Popular areas for hen parties in Newcastle include the Diamond Strip and the Bigg Market, but honestly, we come to you so wherever your accommodation is works perfectly. Many groups book an Airbnb or hotel suite and we set up right there. You get all the fun of a cocktail bar experience without having to leave your venue.

We do not need a lot of room. A dining table, breakfast bar or any flat surface is perfect. Our mixologists bring a complete portable bar setup including chopping boards, shakers and all the tools needed. We have set up in living rooms, gardens, hotel suites and even garages.
